Summer Training Program

DRC Summer Training Program registration is now open.  For our summer program, also known as "the bridge", we will be offering a basic option for those just looking to keep or build a decent fitness level during the hot summer months and a new advanced option for those looking for more mileage and challenging workouts, including some trail running. Our summer programs are more relaxed and than our spring and fall programs.  We have a great time and offer you motivation and accountability to get through the Texas summer at a cost of $15 or less for members.  The program lasts 8 weeks and includes a detailed training plan.  For more details and to register, click here.

Fall Training Program

The DRC Fall Training Program registration is now open.  Programs are available for half or full marathons as well as for beginners looking to run their first 5K.  We have a great team of over 60 experienced pace leaders and coaches to guide you to your goal race(s).  All participants receive a technical training shirt and a detailed training plan written by RRCA certified distance running coaches.  The beginner program lasts 12 weeks and includes entry to the DRC 5K on November 6th for $55.  The half and full marathon programs last 20 weeks and the DRC Half can be included for a great price of only $75.  DRC training programs are only available to members.  We welcome runners and run/walkers of all ability levels.  For more details and to register, click here.
